I provide evidence-based psychological services to adolescents and adults. Treatment is individualized, culturally responsive, and informed by best practices in clinical psychology.

Depressive Disorders and
Mood-Related Concerns
Comprehensive assessment and treatment for depression and related mood symptoms, including persistent sadness, low motivation, irritability, sleep disruption, and reduced functioning. Care focuses on symptom reduction, emotional stabilization, and restoration of daily functioning.
Anxiety Disorders and
Stress-Related Symptoms
Treatment for generalized anxiety, social/performance anxiety, excessive worry, panic symptoms, and stress-related impairment. Interventions target physiological arousal, cognitive patterns, avoidance behaviors, and improved coping across school, work, home, and interpersonal settings.
School-Related Emotional, Behavioral, and Adjustment Concerns
Clinical support for students experiencing academic stress, school avoidance, peer/social difficulties, behavioral dysregulation, and transitions. Treatment may include coordination with caregivers and school-based supports when appropriate.
Sport and Performance Concerns
Psychological services for athletes and high performers focused on confidence, concentration, emotional regulation under pressure, and performance anxiety. Includes clinical support for return to participation following injury, with attention to fear of re-injury, identity concerns, and readiness to resume activity safely and effectively.
